Drink 250 ml (8.4oz) warm water each morning after you wake up.

Lunch: 250ml plain water, 250g grilled hake, Swiss chard with potatoes and olive oil, 1 cup of salad (lettuce, tomato, arugula), 1 banana and 1 melon slice.

Snack: 250ml plain water, 1 apple, 180ml (6oz plain yogurt), ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds.

Dinner: 250ml anise tea or plain water, 150g grilled tuna, 1 cup lettuce salad with olive oil and lemon juice, small amount of integral pastry, ½ cup steamed veggies (broccoli or spinach).

Always begin your day by drinking water.

Snack: 1 grapefruit.

Lunch: 250ml plain water, veggie soup (carrot, onions, pepper, beans, potato, celery), 200g of grilled chicken breast, 150g pickles.

Dinner: A little integral pastry, beet and carrot salad, with some lemon juice, and nettle tea.
